Young Coconut Meat Bacon:
- 1 young coconut
 - 1 tbsp Nama Shoyu/Tamari
 
- Drink the coconut water!
 - Scoop out the coconut meat with a spoon.
 - Cut away the brown bits on the meat as they are parts of the hard shell.
 - Cut the meat into pieces of your choosing.
 - Brush each piece front and back with a little bit of the nama shoyu until covered; you don't want a lot as it can get salty when dried.
 - Place in a dehydrator for 12 hours, flipping halfway, or until it is as dry as you would like. I personally eat it after 2-3 hours of dehydrating, it is soooooo good!
