Raw Zucchini Hummus

This is a very easy recipe that tastes very similar to hummus!
  • 2 zucchini (can be peeled beforehand for a yellow hummus)
  • salt to taste (1 tsp is a good amount)
  • 1/4 cup of lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3/4 cup of sesame seeds or tahini (black sesame seeds will make a dark hummus)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  1. Blend the above until smooth!
