- 2 zucchini (can be peeled beforehand for a yellow hummus)
- salt to taste (1 tsp is a good amount)
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3/4 cup of sesame seeds or tahini (black sesame seeds will make a dark hummus)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Blend the above until smooth!
