Un-Crab Cakes:
For dinner I dehydrator some of the leftover Un-Tuna Salad shaped into cakes (5 hours on 115 F flipping halfway), and the "Tuna" magically turned into "Crab" :). I topped them with mayonnaise as
follows:
Raw Mayonnaise:
- 1/3 cup cashews
- ¼ cup of hemp seeds
- ¼ cup of pine nuts
- 1 tbsp of ACV
- salt to taste (I didn’t use any)
- 1 tsp miso
- ¼ cup water
Basic Salad:
- cherry tomatoes
- lettuce
- cucumber
- parsley
- dill
- cilantro
- mustard greens
- mushrooms
- radishes
- olive oil
- salt
