Un-Crab Cakes with Raw Mayonnaise and a Basic Salad



Un-Crab Cakes:

For dinner I dehydrator some of the leftover Un-Tuna Salad shaped into cakes (5 hours on 115 F flipping halfway), and the "Tuna" magically turned into "Crab" :). I topped them with mayonnaise as follows:

Raw Mayonnaise:

  • 1/3 cup cashews
  • ¼ cup of hemp seeds
  • ¼ cup of pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp of ACV
  • salt to taste (I didn’t use any)
  • 1 tsp miso
  • ¼ cup water
Blend everything in a high-speed blender for one minute.




Basic Salad:

  • cherry tomatoes
  • lettuce
  • cucumber
  • parsley
  • dill
  • cilantro
  • mustard greens
  • mushrooms
  • radishes
  • olive oil
  • salt
Chop everything, mix, and eat :) You can substitute and add any veggies you have on hand.
