3 Greens Salad, Avocado Fries, and Yummy Dip

For lunch today I made a salad based on this recipe: Nouveau Raw's Salad
  • I used one head of red kale, one small head of Swiss chard, and a fourth of a big head of     mustard greens.
  • I used one tablespoon of ACV and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice instead of 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
  • I added more olive oil not measuring.
  • I did not add cumin or pepper flakes.
  • I used half of a Granny Smith apple and 2 Roma tomatoes.
Avocado Fries:
 
I also made avocado fries by cutting an avocado into 8 slices and coating them with ground chia, ground hemp hearts, and some spices that were negligible in flavor. I put them in the dehydrator for 5 hours on 105 F.

Yummy Dip:
  • 1 cup of soaked cashews
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of ACV
  • 2 ounces of water
  • 1/2 of a red bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
  • pinch of turmeric
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 small garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons of red onion
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp of salt

This combination was delicious!! The salad was very flavorful, the fries were nice and warm, and the dip was to die for :) Here are the pictures:
