- I used one head of red kale, one small head of Swiss chard, and a fourth of a big head of mustard greens.
- I used one tablespoon of ACV and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice instead of 3 tablespoons of lemon juice.
- I added more olive oil not measuring.
- I did not add cumin or pepper flakes.
- I used half of a Granny Smith apple and 2 Roma tomatoes.
I also made avocado fries by cutting an avocado into 8 slices and coating them with ground chia, ground hemp hearts, and some spices that were negligible in flavor. I put them in the dehydrator for 5 hours on 105 F.
Yummy Dip:
- 1 cup of soaked cashews
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of ACV
- 2 ounces of water
- 1/2 of a red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon of nutritional yeast
- pinch of turmeric
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of red onion
- 1/2 to 1 tsp of salt
This combination was delicious!! The salad was very flavorful, the fries were nice and warm, and the dip was to die for :) Here are the pictures:
